The Calorie Shifting Diet is an easy weight loss plan. With this diet plan, you can lose weight at the rate of about nine pounds per day, which, when you do the math, is roughly equivalent to just under one pound per day! There are only a few basic rules that you need to follow in order to achieve weight loss success:
1. You must generate your own personalized, custom eleven-day meal plan that consists of four daily meals that can be eaten in any order that day. The meal plans will be structured in such a way that the types of calories that you consume at each meal will be shifted from meal to meal, from day to day.
2. You can eat as much food as you desire, at every meal. Eat until you are completely satisfied. But you must stop just short of becoming too full.
3. You must drink at least ten glasses of water every day.
4. You must leave a minimum of a two and one half to three hour gap in between each meal.
5. You must take a mandatory break from the diet for three consecutive days, every two weeks. Therefore, you will be following your eleven-day meal plan, and then taking a three-day break before you generate a new eleven-day meal plan, which would then be followed by another three-day break. During this three-day break, you are allowed to eat anything you want. Anything. The only catch is that you must stop eating at each meal when you are completely satisfied, but not too full.
